- No Direct Treatment: We operate as a medical facilitator and triage coordinator. We do not directly provide surgical, pharmaceutical, or advanced hospital interventions.
- Independent Providers: All advanced clinical treatments, surgeries, and hospital protocols are executed solely by independent, licensed healthcare institutions and third-party medical professionals in South India.
3. Travel, Logistics, and Accommodation Facilitation
We facilitate comfortable travel arrangements, local transport, and accommodation choices to ease your medical journey.
- Third-Party Logistics: Logistics, including aviation, local fleet transports, and hotel stays, are managed via independent service entities. We remain exempt from liability regarding vendor delays, cancellations, or asset shortfalls.
- Travel Fitness: Patients must obtain explicit clearance from their primary hometown physician confirming absolute physiological stability for long-distance transit before departure.
4. Financial Obligations & Institutional Billing
- Service Coordination Fees: Estimates provided during triage represent standard institutional projections. Final operational billing is determined exclusively by the treating hospital facility.
- Direct Settlements: Clients must settle all advanced treatment billing directly with the treating healthcare center unless explicit upfront corporate packages are finalized.
5. Holistic Recovery & Aftercare Management
Our team aids the coordination of post-operative holistic recovery packages. Adherence to prescribed local clinical discharge outlines and physical constraints is mandatory to safeguard recovery outcomes.
6. Absolute Limitation of Liability
To the maximum legal extent, Ind Care Medico and its coordinating clinical officers are not liable for clinical outcomes, unexpected operational revisions by hospitals, surgical complications, or travel-induced physiological updates.
7. Jurisdictional Governance
These Terms are governed strictly under the legal frameworks of India. Any formal resolution proceedings shall fall under the exclusive regional jurisdiction of courts located in South India.
